Are you planning an event but have no idea how you want to lay everything out? We know how hard it can be to visualize how to layout your tables, dancefloor and other items in a tent or even in an event room without being able to physically lay them out. That is where our ‘Event Planner‘ comes in! There was a need for this from our clients so we made it happen. Front Range Event Rental is the only event rental company in Northern Colorado that features this free service for anyone to use right on our website.

Our website now features the Event Planner menu item which will allow you to pick the size of your tent and add your tables, chairs, dancefloor, and other event items so you can plan everything out ahead of time (check out our full inventory of rental items here). We have found this helps save you time and stress on the days leading up to your event. This can also help you with the initial planning stages to see if you have a large enough area for everything you are trying to fit. When you are done and satisfied with your layout you can download and print it so you have something to reference when speaking to other vendors later or on the setup day.
