Deposits for items canceled 30 days or more prior to the delivery or customer pick-up date will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Tents and canopies canceled within 14 days, as well as any items canceled during the week of delivery or pick-up, are non-refundable and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
