Creating Your Party Plan:

When you meet with your Event Coordinator, you should have a good idea of your theme, color scheme, a guest list, and outline for a menu.  These four key items will be a foundation of your gathering, determining the dress code, and the tone for your party.

let us help with creating a party plan for your next special eventConsider the following in preparation for your meeting:

Theme – Will it be a holiday, Christmas, Hanukah, or winter themed get together?

Color Scheme – Think about your theme and the venue to decide on the colors you will be decorating with.

Guest List – Is this an intimate get together, a large company party, or somewhere in between?  Write out your potential invite list and make decisions on who will be attending.  This will help you when it comes to picking out a menu and what style of food service you will have.

Outlining a Menu – Depending on the size of your gathering, you may want to do a full plated meal, appetizers, or food stations.  When choosing the food to serve keep in mind your guest list, whether or not children will be attending, and your theme.

These notes and lists will be a great help to you as you meet or speak on the phone with your coordinator.
